Job Description: Business Relations Manager

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to enhance Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.

Your responsibilities include organizing educational events, developing referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and external stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. You will develop an engagement strategy and execute promotional activities.

Data analytics and insights will support your efforts to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify new business opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic goals.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or a proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
