The Business Relations Manager will primarily be field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenues by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. The role covers a defined territory, aiming to enhance Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.
The successful candidate will organize educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and other stakeholders via various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. Developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities will be key responsibilities.
The role will utilize analytics and data insights to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify new business opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic plan and targets.
