Job Description: Business Relations Manager

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director to drive growth and increase referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on stakeholder engagement and effective communication.

The Business Relations Manager will be primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within a defined territory. The goal is to enhance Ramsay’s market share and brand awareness.

You will organize and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and other external stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. Developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities will be key responsibilities.

The role includes utilizing analytics and data insights to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify new business opportunities aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or a proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a field-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
