This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care. The focus is on stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
The Business Relations Manager will be primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. The role covers a defined territory with the goal of expanding Ramsay’s market share and brand awareness.
You will organize and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and other stakeholders through various high-quality communication methods, both virtually and face-to-face. You will also develop engagement strategies and promotional activities.
Using analytics and data insights, you will optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify new business opportunities aligned with the hospital’s strategic plans and targets.
