Job Description: Business Relations Manager

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care overall, through stakeholder engagement and communication.

The Business Relations Manager is primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenues by building strong relationships within the healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to enhance Ramsay’s market share and brand awareness.

You will organize educational events and develop referral opportunities with consultants, GPs, and external stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtual and face-to-face. You will also develop engagement strategies and execute promotional activities.

The role includes utilizing analytics and data insights to optimize resource use, develop your portfolio, and identify business development opportunities aligned with the hospital’s strategic goals.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar healthcare role or proven sales and account management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a field-based role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tenacity and resilience with a strong target-oriented mindset.
