Role Overview

This exciting and strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increased referrals across all payor channels into the Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communications.

The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, with accountability for increasing and delivering targeted referrals and revenues by building strong links and effective stakeholder relationships within the referring healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to increase Ramsay’s market share and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and facilitate educational events
  • Develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and other external stakeholders through various communication methods, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Develop an engagement strategy and deliver promotional activities
  • Utilise analytics and data insights to optimise resource use and identify business development opportunities aligned with hospital targets
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or proven sales and account management track record
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Tenacity, resilience, and target-driven attitude
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for scheduled events
  • Full UK driving licence
