Business Operations Analyst

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 base per annum with £1,800 monthly bonus.

Company: Global Adventure Travel B Corp, Bristol, UK (Hybrid / Remote).

Work closely with the Head of Operations and partner with diverse teams including Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing and Finance. What you will do
  • Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities; build dashboards and reports for decision‑making.
  • Map and review business processes, highlight bottlenecks and recommend improvements that balance performance with customer experience.
  • Support strategic and operational projects, track progress, coordinate between teams and assist with implementation and user training.
The ideal candidate
  • Proven track record in analytical or operational roles with increasing responsibility; strong problem‑solving mindset grounded in data.
  • Tech‑savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities; experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot) and integrating off‑the‑shelf functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures and improve operational systems in fast‑paced scaling organisations.
