A community housing organization in Lockington is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data analysis and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data visualization (Power BI), SQL, and advanced Excel. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and presenting findings to aid decision-making. This role offers competitive benefits, including flexible working options and a commitment to health and well-being.
Help us on our journey through the Matrix. Could you be someone to lead Futures Housing Group down the data rabbit hole, plugging us into the Matrix?
We’re on the hunt for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our mission to find the door and help our people walk through it.
Like Morpheus, we’re looking for a flexible, adaptable, data dynamo who can help transform our reality and – crucially – how we do business. We’re recruiting special talent working at the cutting edge of our Insight programme which is helping Futures improve what it does and how it does it.
Because it’s a cross‑business role, we need a people‑person who can effortlessly order and translate complex data into information for people who are not nearly as data literate as you! Naturally, you’ll be obsessed with how data can be harnessed by organisations to deliver better outcomes for our customers’ lives.
We’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity for data who is excited by taking the unstructured and interrogating it to find solutions, identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve what we deliver for our customers. Ideally you’ll have experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, also SQL and advanced Excel too.
You’ll have the perfect platform at Futures to showcase your natural passion for generating and visualising new insight, and you’ll have a multitude of opportunities to pull together statistical models, forecasting and ad‑hoc investigations which will influence decision‑making at all levels.
You’ve the ability to work accurately, deliver high standards and work to tight deadlines which will make you a great fit for our forward‑thinking Insight team.
Are you ‘The One’?
If you’re successful, you’ll be joining a dynamic organisation with an amazing culture. We offer competitive benefits that include agile working, mileage, private healthcare options, discount schemes and put a big emphasis on health and well‑being. You’ll have great opportunities to grow and develop, personally and professionally, but the greatest reward will be knowing you’re helping people and communities across our region to thrive.
To support your work‑life balance, in addition to 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays and concessionary days at Christmas, we also promote the chance to buy and sell holiday throughout the year. Your working week will be 37 hours; however we may also consider part‑time hours.
We’ve a state‑of‑the‑art, flexible workspace so you’ll have both great people and a great environment around you. We’ll also provide you with an agile kit and access to Touchdown Points where you can plug in to a workstation, catch up with colleagues and attend local meetings.
We’re also proud to be awarded the coveted Investor in People Platinum award – the highest of IiP accreditation. The award recognises organisations which are passionate about making sure all employees get the best experience at work.
