A housing association in Scotland is seeking a proactive Business Improvement Officer to enhance its Housing & Factoring Services. The successful candidate will lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service quality. Key responsibilities include implementing the HomeMaster system, developing tenant self-service portals, and supporting KPI reporting. Grade 7, PA22 – PA25, £40,635 to £44,619.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Improvement Officer (35 hours per week, permanent) to support the delivery of our Housing & Factoring Services.
You will play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing initiatives that drive organisational efficiency, enhance service quality, and ensure best practice across all this area of the Association.
