The Superlative Collection is a dynamic group of premium bars and restaurants in Glasgow City Centre, each offering a distinct, vibrant, and high-quality experience. As we prepare for major growth in 2026 and beyond, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead revenue generation, build strategic partnerships, and drive the expansion of private events, group bookings, and corporate relationships across our venues.

45 hours per week (flexible schedule with occasional evening / weekend event hosting)
from £40,000+ per annum (DOE) + performance-based bonus
