Business Development Manager - UK and Europe

Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary - £60k to £70k basic, plus bonuses up to £12k per annum, plus car and benefits.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity working for a group of 10 global manufacturers across America, Asia, and Europe. The business produces test and measurement equipment and services for sectors like Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare, sold through distribution partners.

The Role

The role focuses on developing sales strategies in the UK and European markets via distribution partners, analyzing market trends, product offerings, and pricing. You will nurture existing relationships and identify new market opportunities, shaping sales strategies at both country and regional levels, collaborating with local sales teams across Europe.

The Applicant

You should have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions or be technically inclined. A strategic thinker with experience in business development, export, or international sales, and comfortable with international travel. Experience working within a matrix organization with multiple decision-makers across different countries is advantageous.
