Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.
Salary - £60k to £70k basic, with bonus up to £12k per annum, plus car and benefits.
The Opportunity
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work for a group of 10 global manufacturers with operations across America, Asia, and Europe. The business produces test and measurement equipment and related services, providing solutions to sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare. These solutions are sold through distribution partners across these territories.
The Role
This position focuses on developing the UK market strategy for sales via distribution partners across various business segments, along with expanding the European footprint. You will nurture existing relationships and analyze market trends, product offerings, and pricing to inform product management and sales strategies. The role involves shaping sales strategies at the country level and collaborating with local sales teams across Europe to maximize potential.
The Applicant
You should have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions, or at least a technical background. You will be a strategic thinker and long-term planner with experience in business development and growth strategies for emerging markets. A strong background in export or international sales, along with flexibility for extensive international travel, is essential. Experience working within a matrix organization and engaging with decision makers across different countries will be advantageous.
