RSM’s payroll team sits within the HR and payroll division of People Advisory Services, delivering cutting-edge and premium payroll software and solutions to an exceptional range of clients. These span from small entrepreneurial enterprises to large corporations, inclusive of top-name brands across industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services and the public sector.
As a Business Development Manager based from one of our national offices, you will play a critical role in driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our target market.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Through a consultative and commercially driven approach, you will contribute directly to the firm’s growth ambitions and help expand our market presence across payroll outsourcing, HR software, and advisory service.
You will have proven experience in business development, consultative sales, or solution selling within payroll.
