A leading engineering services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across Southern England, particularly in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Pharmaceuticals. Location: Reading (covering Southern England)
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + 5,600 car allowance + bonus

I'm supporting a leading UK engineering and asset maintenance provider in the recruitment of a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southern England.
This organisation delivers multi-discipline engineering, maintenance, project and operational support services across a range of regulated and process-driven industries. With over 4,500 employees, 14 UK sites and a reputation for safety, technical expertise and long-term client partnerships, they are well-positioned for further expansion - and this role is pivotal to that strategy.
As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of delivering the business growth strategy across key sectors, including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Process, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma and broader industrial markets.
