The Business Development Manager for the Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk region plays a vital role in advancing the digital strategy locally by targeting emerging distribution channels, identifying new client segments, and optimising existing initiatives

  • Onboard and expand the network of brokers engaging with the Company’s digital offerings specifically in Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk

  • Support SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives in these territories
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance brand presence locally
  • Securing deals of significant size and identifying new distribution opportunities within the region
