We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is excited about becoming a key contributor within a dynamic team.
The incumbent will typically have broad knowledge of the UK Nuclear industry and experience/proficiency in sales and business development or a willingness to quickly learn. It will be necessary to have, or quickly gain, a comprehensive knowledge of Kinectrics and the overall services that may be supplied. Accounts frequently have multiple buying locations and varied buying practices, making establishment and maintenance of broad customer relationships essential.
This position reports to the Managing Director of KUK - Nuclear. This position will have access to highly confidential information and recommendations and decisions will have a direct impact on the strategic and tactical direction of the company and will impact such issues as service offerings and new product development.
Accountability Objective:
To understand the strategic objectives of UK Nuclear customers. To develop and implement account plans in consultation with the Ops teams. Account Plans to include multi-year action plans, order intake revenue plans. The account plans will be centered around:
Promote the active use of CRM/Salesforce to organize Kinectrics and monitor account performance against the strategy, developing and implementing improvement actions and contingency plans as appropriate.
To meet account strategy and order targets to help meet and where possible exceed the business plan.
Champion client interests within Kinectrics to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

Completion of a 3-year university degree or higher in either engineering (or a related science), management or marketing.
Demonstrate competence gained in business development and/or Nuclear Industry Experience.
An understanding of people management and profit and loss accountability.
Effective selling and business development skills. An ability to learn and discuss a broad range of technical capabilities and services.
Effective project and financial management skills.
Strong relationship building abilities and well-established industry network.
Result and action oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong customer orientation and commitment to Kinectrics and business unit goals.
