To help fuel our continued growth we\'re now on the hunt for a self-motivated, proactive, Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, seizing new opportunities, and driving results.

About the Role

  • Identifying and engaging with Insurance Brokers of all shapes and sizes around the UK to promote our lead generation services, opening doors, converting new business opportunities and driving growth
  • Strategically self-generating prospects through research, recommendation, referral and the use of tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator etc.
  • Pick up the phone and build instant rapport with brokers, open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and secure meetings with decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored, engaging proposals that show real value
  • Close deals by combining persuasive conversation with a sharp value proposition
  • Utilising our CRM to manage your pipeline and track results (HubSpot)
  • Keep ahead of market trends
  • Help to develop sales marketing assets, case studies and testimonials to support your new business efforts

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development is essential - if you have experience either working in or selling to the Insurance sector this is a big plus!
  • A proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets in a self-generated environment
  • Confidence and energy when speaking to new clients on the phone, with instant rapport and relationship building skills
  • Skill in handling objections, and strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, persuasive, and a great listener
  • A tenacious, resilient with a results-driven mindset and genuine hunger to succeed
  • CRM experience (HubSpot knowledge is a bonus points)
