Overview

Business Development Manager - Debt Recovery Services. Field-based. Up to £65K basic + uncapped commission and car allowance. OTE £100K+


Responsibilities


  • Generating new business opportunities and managing own pipeline from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Cold calling prospects via CRM.

  • Building referral networks with accountants, insolvency practitioners, and other key contacts.

  • Attending meetings and presenting tailored recovery solutions.

  • Producing written proposals post-meeting.

  • Supporting onboarding and attending ongoing client review meetings.

  • Meeting agreed revenue and appointment targets.


Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 3 years in a business development focused role with demonstrable revenue delivery.

  • Professional, consultative approach to business development.

  • Full UK driving licence (nationwide travel required).

  • Able to evidence income generation from current/previous roles.


Package & Benefits


  • Basic salary up to £65K depending on experience.

  • Uncapped commission: 10% on year-one revenue, 5% on year-two revenue.

  • Car allowance.

  • On-target earnings in excess of £100K.

  • Permanent, full-time position.
