Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and approach prospective B2B clients in the UAE automotive market.
  • Strategically engage with key decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
  • Organize and lead face-to-face or virtual meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Client Onboarding & Product Implementation: Act as a product expert and advisor during the onboarding phase.
  • Train client teams on product usage, customization, and best practices.
  • Gather structured feedback and relay it to the product and support teams.
  • Ensure smooth product implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong asset.
  • Solid experience in B2B field sales in the automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in car dealership operations or automotive software is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
