Business Development Manager, United Kingdom

SciPro have partnered with a healthtech AI scale-up transforming medical imaging. Their flagship product is used in 30+ countries, helping hospitals and clinicians make faster, more accurate decisions that improve patient outcomes. They have recently secured an epic funding round to scale headcount and international presence.

With their continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of the global channel partner network. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new market opportunities, onboarding and managing distribution partners, and supporting existing partners and customers to maximise growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and evaluate new international markets to support expansion of the product portfolio
  • Drive new business and partnership opportunities to deliver against annual sales revenue targets
  • Identify, engage, and lead commercial and contracting discussions with new distribution partners
  • Oversee partner onboarding and act as the primary point of contact to ensure successful activation
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, monitoring partner performance and providing ongoing support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies and feed market insights into product and strategic planning
Skills & Experience Require
  • Demonstrated interest or initial experience in business development, channel management, or international sales, with a strong desire to grow within the healthcare technology or medical devices sector.
  • Understanding of B2B sales models and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
