About The Role

CarFinance247 is one of the UK’s leading car finance marketplaces and we’re investing in new ways to help customers with high-value vehicle purchases access market‑leading finance options.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to build and grow a new introducer channel focused on high-net-worth audiences and professional services firms. If you can open doors, nurture relationships, and create repeat referral pipelines, this is a high-impact role with huge commercial potential. The BDM will focus on developing relationships with high-net-worth intermediaries (such as sports agents, wealth advisers, and private client firms) and professional services introducers (accountants, lawyers, IFAs, and SME advisors). This role is responsible for generating sustainable, repeatable referral pipelines that convert into high-value financed deals for the Premier team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing partnerships with accountants, lawyers, wealth managers, sports agents, and other introducers.
  • Creating sustainable referral pipelines for high-value car finance customers (£30k+).
  • Onboarding and supporting introducers to make referral easy and compliant.
  • Working closely with our Premier team to ensure a first-class experience.
  • Delivering strong commercial results in a strategically important new channel.
About You
What we’re looking for :
  • Proven BD or relationship management experience.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial, credible, and great at building trust.
  • Experience in finance, automotive, wealth management or professional services is a strong advantage.
  • A self-starter motivated by results and partnership building.
Skills & Experience Required Essential :
  • Demonstrable success in BD or introducer management.
  • Experience selling into professional services or dealing with HNW clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strategic BD capability.
  • Familiarity with FCA‑regulated environments.
