You’ll engage with landlords, property agents, architects, and project management teams to generate high-quality leads and build strong industry relationships. Leveraging market insights, structured lead generation strategies, and various marketing channels, you’ll position the business as the go-to partner for upcoming projects. This role requires excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of the commercial fit-out landscape, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll manage a qualified pipeline, maintain a robust CRM, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every touchpoint.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development within the design and build or commercial fit-out sector
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including landlords, agents, and project stakeholders
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in client-facing sales, account management, and professional networking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with strong influencing skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to assess and act on market opportunities
  • Adaptable and client-focused, with a tailored approach to different stakeholders
  • Professional, driven, and committed to upholding high standards
  • Tech-savvy with experience using business development tools and CRM systems
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, results-oriented mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
