Overview

We\'re looking for a Business Development Manager to join us at Civils & Lintels covering the Mid South West (Westbury & SA, CF, NP, HR, GL, BS, SN and OX Postcodes).

  • Focus on building and maintaining relationships, from supporting our customers to ensure the best possible outcomes, to working closely with key suppliers to ensure a joined-up commercial approach. Be a true advocate of our brand.
  • Seek opportunities to increase margin and grow the sales portfolio while working to achieve targets.
  • Successfully utilise CRM and BI systems to deliver results.
  • Apply a natural sales flair while ensuring the customer remains at the heart of our service.
