They are now looking for a BDM to drive institutional adoption of on-chain yield. Build strategic partnerships, onboard investors, and scale vaults across the US – ideal for TradFi professionals bridging into DeFi.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a BD roadmap for institutional growth.
  • Onboard institutional investors, trading desks, and market makers.
  • Develop relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
  • Represent the company in TradFi and DeFi communities.

Requirements

  • 35 years in sales & trading, investor relations, asset management, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial network with TradFi and DeFi exposure.
  • Understanding of digital assets, derivatives, and structured yield products.
  • Proven relationship builder and dealmaker.
