We are experiencing an incredible pace of growth with an increased need for additional people to support the new business team in supporting new clients with the highest of a highly specialised and experienced sales team to generate convert and nurture new business for the company.

The role and your responsibilities
  • Forecasting Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecasts
  • Work to individual and team targets.
  • Actively engage and generate leads for business generation.
  • Be an ambassador for Nourish in person and online by maintaining Product and Sector expertise and acting as a credible advisor to care providers
  • Meet with prospects (physically and virtually) demonstrate our platform and present our solution to people at all levels of seniority in the care sector.
  • Attend networking and sector specific events.
  • Draft procurement documentation and respond to RFIs and Tenders.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by maintaining long term relationships.
  • Cross functional working closely working with implementation customer success and finance teams to ensure we deliver a high quality experience for customers
Required experience
  • Demonstrate consistent and strong sales track record.
  • Experience working in the social care sector or a personal connection which buys into the Nourish Vision.
  • Results driven ambitious and remarkably confident.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn methodical organised and sharp attention to detail.
  • Full UK Drivers license.
  • Track record and demonstrable consistent and strong sales results in comparable industries
  • Advanced experience with CRM and MS Office suite.
  • Career and passion for the social care sector.
