Job description

We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a growing organisation within the supported and temporary housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional who is motivated by building relationships and making a genuine social impact.

Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for developing new partnerships with local authorities, councils and homeless referral agencies nationwide, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing partners. You’ll play a key role in promoting accommodation services, supporting successful placements and identifying future housing needs across different regions to help shape business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience within supported housing, temporary accommodation or a related sector, with a good understanding of housing processes, regulations and general maintenance issues. You’ll be confident, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with excellent communication and relationship building skills. A calm, empathetic and professional approach is essential.
