Core skills : Significant experience in business intelligence, performance management, strategy, or analytics roles.* Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with complex datasets and business metrics.* Proven ability to synthesize information and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.* Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.* High degree of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail. Background : Degree in Finance, Math, Data science or similar.* Experience either in finance, or consulting or data science in finance, or combination of any.* Background in Corporate & Investment Banking or finance is an advantage, but not mandatory.* English (for Spanish-speaking candidates) is an advantage but an obligation.* Spanish (for non-spanish-speaking candidates) is an advantage, but an obligation.* CFA is an advantage but obligation.Please note that priority will be given to candidates who are elegible to work in the UK.
