Key responsibilities : Lead the evolution of existing business intelligence and performance management tools.* Conduct in-depth analysis of CIB business performance, trends, and key value drivers.* Define, refine, and challenge business and financial metrics used for steering the business.* Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior management decision-making.* Support headcount planning and performance management processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.* Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, Data, and Business teams in a cross-functional set-up.* Prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations for senior stakeholders at global level. Core skills : Significant experience in business intelligence, performance management, strategy, or analytics roles.* Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with complex datasets and business metrics.* Proven ability to synthesize information and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.* Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.* High degree of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.
