Business Development Executive – XpertHR – Sutton

Our New Business team is growing!!

The Role

The Business Development Executive will report to the New Business Sales Manager and work as part of our award-winning sales team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through online research; identifying new contacts, emailing and strategic calling.

Duties
  • Generate new business opportunities across your designated sales vertical, through acting on qualified leads in a timely manner alongside prospecting within your vertical
  • Identify, build and develop relationships with key decision makers, establishing a network of contacts within prospects
  • Engage prospects in a detailed discovery process to identify relevant solutions, presenting XpertHR as a partner of choice, able to solve the customer’s challenges and meet or deliver on their People Strategy

  • Enjoy working in a structured, targeted environment
  • Professional and clear telephone manner
  • Highly competitive, self‑motivated, organised and able to manage own time
