What You’ll Be Doing
  • Champion product mind share through desk training, tool enablement, and sales floor engagement.

  • Build and maintain a detailed pipeline in our CRM (Compass).

  • Report weekly to vendors on sell-out activity and promotional performance.

  • Support execution of business and marketing plans.

  • Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams.

  • Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues.

  • Guide development of web tools and vendor microsites.

  • Communicate product info, pricing, and promotions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Run call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.

  • Engage directly with customers as needed.
