Responsibilities
  • Coach colleagues to inspire our business customers to buy the best products to suit their needs, however they choose to shop with us.
  • Build a strong network with local businesses, developing new relationships and growing existing accounts.
  • Lead a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development opportunities, supporting personal development plans and encouraging progression.
  • Inspire colleagues to put the customer first whilst driving business sales and profit objectives.
  • Find innovative ways to transform how local businesses use our exciting tech products and services.
  • Enhance B2B performance and build for the future.
Qualifications
  • Management experience and a hands‑on style.
  • Background in either a retail or B2B environment.
  • Proven coaching skills and a passion for building team confidence and capability.
  • A track record of identifying commercial opportunities to deliver KPIs.
  • Confidence working in a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
