Business Change Consultant – National Security - DV Cleared

• Salary: Up to £95,000 + package
• Location: London (3 - 4 days on-site per week)
• Clearance: Must hold enhanced DV clearance

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Change Consultants to support transformation programmes within the national security sector. Working as part of a specialist consultancy team, you’ll drive business change and analysis activities that enable secure, data-driven, and technology-led transformation.

This role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact national security initiatives, shaping business processes, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Positions are available at both Principal Consultant and Managing Consultant levels, with salary and responsibilities aligned to experience.
