As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying, shaping, and supporting change initiatives that deliver tangible value to customers and commercial benefits to the organisation, all while aligning with its overarching strategic vision and goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive strategic alignment - ensuring that high-priority change programmes are delivered successfully and contribute directly to long-term business objectives.
  • Accelerate decision-making - enabling quicker, more informed decisions on mid-tier change initiatives that are closely linked to strategic outcomes.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration - managing complex programmes that span multiple departments, leveraging diverse expertise to achieve stronger results.
  • Mitigate risks early - coordinating various moving parts to identify and address potential risks before they escalate, reducing disruption.
  • Optimise resource deployment - ensuring teams are effectively utilised and aligned with project demands, improving workforce efficiency.

  • Practical knowledge of Business Analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping (ideally using BPMN or similar), and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
