A leading health insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Business Analyst to oversee end-to-end business analysis, ensuring requirements definition and functional design. This role involves working closely with teams to gather business requirements and champion them into delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis frameworks, alongside a commitment to continuous learning. Reporting to an Assignment Manager, you'll undertake end‑to‑end business analysis ensuring coordination of impact assessments, requirements definition and functional design across systems, processes, people, data and journeys to ensure an end‑to‑end solution design is in place. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for working closely with colleagues across teams to identify and document processes, lead workshops to gather and capture business requirements from a range of stakeholders and work within our governance cadence to champion and prioritise into delivery. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations.
