Responsibilities

• Providing quality analytic reports to enable the improvement of service provided to customers.
• Producing reliable and accurate information to tight timescales for the management team.
• Collecting, manipulating and analysing data to meet corporate information requirements.
• Producing reports in various formats, excel spreadsheets, graphs and charts etc. on a weekly basis.
• Identifying opportunities to improve general quality of service being provided currently.
• Investigating data discrepancies and validating and quality checking data used in compiling reports.
