About the role

Churchill Estates Management are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the projects team based in Ringwood. The Business Analyst is responsible for helping the Project Manager implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity across the business.

The role will also help evaluate new products and services the business is interested in, including current and emerging technologies, to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned to help with the business’s strategic growth.

Your key responsibilities will include :
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of projects plans and benefits.
  • Analyse performance of business systems by driving identification of requirements across business units.
  • Recommend opportunities for the improvement of current and / or planned technology to add to the value of the business.
  • Conduct cost / benefit analyses for input into business cases.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation of existing and proposed business processes.
  • Identify risks, issues and discrepancies to the Project Manager and take action accordingly.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Ensure benefits are achieved within deadlines, reporting on progress against planned and proposed project plans.
  • Assist business stakeholders evaluate proposed new products and services, ensuring they are fit for purpose, meet IT security standards, and are aligned to help with the business’s strategic growth.
  • Ensure all changes are documented and approved through Change Management.
  • Ensure planning support for effective Release and Service Transition is provided to customers and the IT Service Desk.

The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays, and the role is office based in our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire.

About you

As a key member of our project teams, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements, streamline processes, and support the delivery of improved business outcomes. You will play a central role in driving change initiatives, ensuring that new and existing technologies are leveraged effectively to meet organisational needs.

You will bring :
  • 3+ years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of improving business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Practical experience with business analysis and change management methodologies
  • Previous experience in a technical role, enabling clear communication between technical and non-technical groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation.
