Business Analyst - M365 or Purview Projects

Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Leeds or Manchester (Potentially 3 days from September)
Contract Type: Interim
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £375 Inside IR35

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a high-impact, multidisciplinary digital transformation team delivering critical projects across M365 services, including Email, SharePoint, and Teams. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in Leeds or Manchester for at least 2 days per week (Potentially 3 days from September). Central Government experience is an absolute MUST for both these positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements

• Analyse and improve business processes

• Conduct use case and impact analysis to support design decisions

• Engage effectively with stakeholders and manage key relationships

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams in a multidisciplinary environment

• Support access management and information governance initiatives

• One role will specifically focus on MS Purview Information Protection (labelling/classification of data)

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record working on M365 projects (Email, SharePoint, Teams)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

• Experience in access management and governance frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to work across complex organisations and multidisciplinary teams

• For one role: hands-on experience with MS Purview Information Protection and data classification/labelling
