What You'll Do
  • Be the Bridge: Turn business goals into clear, actionable requirements for cutting-edge AI projects.
  • Drive Innovation: Shape and refine AI use cases-from generative AI to automation and beyond.
  • Own the Data: Dive deep into data and knowledge requirements, mapping what's needed for success.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that matter.
  • Champion Agile: Keep projects moving fast, focused, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify risks, gaps, and new possibilities-then help make them happen.
  • Build Knowledge: Document what works, share insights, and help us get smarter with every project.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI, data, or product environments.
  • A knack for translating business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based solutions (think: generative assistants, recommendation engines, automation tools).
  • Strong analytical chops and a love for problem-solving.
  • Top-notch communication skills-you can talk tech with engineers and strategy with execs.
  • Agile mindset: you're comfortable with change and thrive in fast-paced teams.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a drive to make things better.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in sales-related domains (lead management, prospect data gathering).
  • Editorial experience (not essential, but a plus).
