We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing AI Lab, working at the intersection of business challenges and cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll identify high-value use cases, translate requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver transformative AI products.

What you’ll do:

• Identify AI/automation opportunities across service lines
• Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs
• Translate requirements into user stories & process flows
• Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in tech-enabled change (AI/automation/analytics ideal)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
• Familiar with agile delivery
• Bonus: professional services, digital transformation, UX/UX or ML exposure
