Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a SC Cleared Business Analyst to support customer migration to MODCloud in Corsham. The role requires previous Defence experience, managing stakeholder interactions, and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for developing onboarding processes, handling customer backlogs, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with a competitive rate of circa £600 per day for an initial duration of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Active SC security clearance required.
• Experience working in Defence is essential.
• Knowledge of Defence Digital and MODCloud is recommended.

SC Cleared Business Analyst - Corsham (Hybrid) - Circa £600 per day inside i35 - 3 months+

All applicants must hold an active SC clearance.

Previous experience with working in Defence essential, and previous knowledge of Defence Digital and MODCloud is recommended.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Migration Support: Develop and implement onboarding processes to enable smooth customer migration to MODCloud S.
• Lead interactions with stakeholders and customers to capture business needs, problem statements, and cloud hosting goals.
• Manage customer backlog and deliver workflows to support readiness activities, including persona creation and learning pathways.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process analysis and optimisation of onboarding through lessons learned and best practices.
• Process & Methodology Leadership: Own and enhance CRT processes and delivery methodologies, identifying efficiencies across areas such as Customer Awareness, Demand Capture, and Requirement Capture.
• Tools & Tooling: Assess and recommend tools to support CRT processes, driving improvements and efficiencies.
