Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office: Mon/Thu/Fri)
Duration: 6 months
Overall Purpose of the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our this multi-year initiative (Bank wide Program).

This role focuses on contributing to bank-wide initiatives, specifically the Compliance change/carved-out portion of the IT Programme. The objective is to re-evaluate existing processes from the ground up, exploring potential benefits from emerging technologies like Artificial intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across compliance and change.
  • Coordinate various workshops.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to and understand their viewpoints.
  • Provide clear documentation, gap analysis, and process mapping to support programme delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Compliance (ideally big compliance project).
  • A strong track record in facilitating effective and goal-oriented workshops, coupled with the ability to accurately document outcomes, requirements, and information packages.
  • Experience with compliance operations.
  • Comfortable working on large-scale transformation and regulatory change programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
  • Experience on major strategic initiatives / ways of working initiatives would be a big plus.
