A leading financial platforms group in Edinburgh is seeking a Programme Analyst on a 12-month FTC to support transformation efforts. Responsibilities include delivering programme analysis across process, people, and systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing quality documentation. About the role
Nucleus is undertaking a significant Transformation that changes our platform technology and organisational structure, whilst migrating clients and assets to the new platform as part of a major outsourcing agreement with FNZ. This role is a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave, responsible for delivering programme analysis across process, people, and systems, readiness, and migration workstreams, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Working alongside colleagues in Transformation, Technology, and the wider Business teams, this role helps realise our core strategic objective of delivering a new platform by investigating business situations and evaluating options for improvement, ensuring they meet business needs. You will work closely with third parties to maximise change delivery effectiveness.
It is paramount that the role strives to deliver quality and meeting delivery targets, bringing together cross-functional teams for success.
