Job Title: Business Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Bristol - hybrid

Salary: up to £55,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a FTSE100 business based in central Bristol that are currently expanding and looking for a Business Analyst to join the team to support Business Change and IT projects.

The Role:
  • Mapping and improving business processes, removing waste, automating tasks, and connecting systems.
  • Running workshops to gather and translate requirements into clear solutions.
  • Tracking requirements from sign-off to delivery.
  • Building simple business cases to show benefits and return on investment.
  • Supporting user testing and helping teams adopt new solutions.
  • Communicating updates and managing risks, escalating issues when needed.
The Candidate:
  • Strong experience in designing and improving business processes.
  • Skills in business process modelling, analysis tools, and methods.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
The Package:

Base salary: up to £55,000
