In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, efficient scheduling, and effective communication across departments. Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate the sales team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings using calendar management tools to optimize productivity.
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
  • Assist with event planning for sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution.
  • Handle vendor management by liaising with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide excellent communication via phone etiquette and professional correspondence to internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:
