About Us

We are a thriving aesthetic skin clinic based in Sutton Coldfield, offering a wide range of advanced skin and beauty treatments in a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. As our business grows, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice to support our front‑of‑house and administrative operations.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in beauty and aesthetics to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the clinic, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they get in touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and greeting clients warmly upon arrival
  • Managing bookings, scheduling appointments, and updating the clinic diary
  • Handling general administrative tasks including emails, paperwork, and record keeping
  • Maintaining confidentiality and understanding GDPR and data protection policies
  • Taking brief treatment notes following client appointments
  • Supporting with social media – taking photos, capturing content, and contributing ideas
  • Helping maintain the clinic's presentation with general tidying and light cleaning
