Role: Business Administrator.

Location: Knowle Green Day Nursery | Staines-upon-Thames | TW18 1AJ.

Contract : Permanent | 24 hours / week | 52 weeks / year.

Working pattern: Wednesday-Friday | Varied shifts on a rota between 07 : 30am-18 : 30pm.

Salary: £24,394.50-£29,328 per annum (pro-rata) | £12.51-£15.04 per hour.

About you
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care : You have experience of working in a busy customer‑facing role, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, answering queries by phone, email and face‑to‑face in a polite, professional manner.
  • You are experienced in managing financial accounts : Your attention to detail and experience of using computer‑based systems will ensure you can effectively log enquiries, maintain family records, create accurate invoices and manage all queries relating to invoices, charges and discounts.
  • You are an advocate for safeguarding : You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their well‑being is promoted.
  • You are collaborative : You thrive as part of a team, enjoy building strong and positive relationships with others, are highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and can confidently support the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management and administration tasks.
