Business Administrator

Business Administrator, paying up to 33k (DOE). Standard days Monday to Friday, 28 days holiday, health care package, modern clean office space, growing multinational company.

Location: High Wycombe area (accessible from Beaconsfield, Slough, Maidenhead - close to the M40 exit).

A leading manufacturing business in the High Wycombe area is looking for a Business Administrator to join their team. The role has arisen due to company expansion as they continue to make significant strides in the sector they operate within. They work in a clean, modern office space, with a stable, supportive and loyal workforce. A large organisation, however, has a friendly, family supportive culture whereby people are treated as individuals not numbers. You would be a great fit if you have strong IT knowledge and experience in HR or an administrative background.

Duties
  • Maintenance of records - keeping up to date, complaint
  • Processing sales orders
  • Working closely with the finance director and facilities manager
  • Monitor staff inductions and attendance
  • Ensure equipment is accessible and up-to-date
  • Ensuring orders are up to date on the system
  • Attendance of meetings - taking notes
  • Create monthly reports for payroll
  • Processing of completed paperwork and ensuring management have the correct information
  • General administrative duties
