Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Dawlish is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to provide comprehensive support across various services. Job summary

To provide comprehensive administrative support to a team across the full range of commissioned services Secure Care, CAMHS Tier 4, Perinatal and Adult Eating Disorders. The post holder should be highly motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and possess excellent organisational and secretarial skills.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will use word processing and maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of Information Technology. Responsibilities include meeting organisation, minute taking, managing key regional and national databases, updating regional bed management systems and ensuring the day‑to‑day data is correct and current. The post holder may be expected to line‑manage others and will work independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards in administrative processes.
