Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance or 5 years experience.
• PCV licence preferred but not essential.
• Must be able to work flexibly and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of required safety inspections by staff.
• Manage the number of VOR vehicles.
• Oversee workshop maintenance and repair tasks.
• Allocate work to staff and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep the Fleet Manager updated on staff absence and vehicle movements.

Skills
