A community-focused housing association is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to oversee maintenance across diverse properties in Hemel Hempstead and beyond. Responsibilities include managing contractor performance, conducting property surveys, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong surveying experience, preferably in housing, and hold a relevant degree. We are currently seeking a Repairs Surveyor to join us.
You will be responsible for assisting the responsive surveying team manage the maintenance of a diverse housing while also ensuring that all works are specified, monitored and managed in line with legislation and best practice liaising with internal and external agencies.
Due to the nature of the role you will be field based across our stock covering Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. You will also be required to attend our office on a regular basis so you must live at a commutable distance.
