Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Building Services Manager with 2 - 3 years experience in their projectsectors to join their team and play a key role in managing MEP services across their projects.

The Role

As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) installations on site, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP services across multiple projects.
• Review and interrogate design information, ensuring compliance with specification and client requirements.
• Lead technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of building services systems.
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Provide technical support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across all MEP activities.
